Policy of the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System

Green Building Supply established, implemented, maintain and continuously improve an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System (IQEMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 Standards for the following purposes:

1. to be able to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable legal requirements;
2. to address risks and facilitate opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction;
3. to protect the environment and society;
4. to develop the company’s capabilities by harnessing experience, creativity and innovation;
5. to achieve sustained outstanding results that meet both the short and long-term needs of all our stakeholders;
6. to ensure continuous improvement and create a sustainable world for the future generations.

The management of Green Building Supply, realizing their responsibility, undertake the following commitment:

• take the accountability for the effectiveness of the integrated environmental and quality management system and process performance in order to maximise of added value;
• ensure compliance with applicable customer and legal requirements;
• ensure that the excellence policy, environmental and quality objectives are established for the integrated environmental and quality management system and are compatible with the context and strategic direction of company;
• ensure the integration of the integrated environmental and quality management system requirements into the organization’s business processes;
• promote the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking;
• ensure that the resources needed for the integrated environmental and quality management system are available;
• communicate the importance of effective integrated environmental and quality management and of conforming to the ISO standard requirements;
• ensure that the  integrated environmental and quality management system achieves its intended results;
• engage, direct and support persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the integrated environmental and quality management system;
• promote the continuous improvement of the integrated environmental and quality management system and processes based on evaluation of data and information, by using the guidance of “EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management)”;
• establish and maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders to create a comprehensive auspicious ecosystem.

Green Building Supply acknowledge, we have limited influence over external parties. While Green Building Supply cannot control the decisions of these parties, we commit to educate them of our policy and encourage them to align operating practices with our excellence policy and objectives.

Green Building Supply Policy of the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System is available to relevant interested parties, as appropriate.
